I picked up my M2 from Max today & part exchanged my i30N. From the very start Max was clear & concise & extremely helpful. Due to living in Nottingham a lot had to be sorted over WhatsApp & Max kept me in the loop every step of the way. The car was in incredible condition & under a cover once I arrived which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Max & don’t think 5 stars does this business justice.

When looking for another car I will 100% be coming back. I’m a young person, but had a fair share of buying experience from larger businesses and this is by far the absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Buying process was easy, I traded in my beloved MINI JCW due to a job change for a Polo GTI and the swap from one car to the other was very easy. I had lost my V5 and Max even had the patience and trust that I’d post the new one down to him once it came so I could get my new car sooner. I unfortunately had a slight problem with the car after a couple weeks of ownership but Max didn’t shy away from helping. Previous large scale dealerships I’ve dealt with would fob you off and pass the blame, not Max. He immediately offered solutions and we came to an agreement and the car is now sorted. Again, I can’t fault this man or his business in the slightest. I will 100% go back for my next car without a doubt. And that says something considering he is 200 miles away from me!

Bought a 440i off max a few days ago, car looks spot on and drives mint 🤞

Bought my i20N from Samsons’ around six weeks ago! Best car I’ve ever purchased, car puts a smile on my face everyday. Had a few issues with finance through my bank, but went through Samsons’ themselves for finance. Couldn’t have been anymore helpful, and got a better rate too! Max was super helpful from start to finish, noticed a couple bits which were quickly addressed. Again couldn’t recommend highly enough! Thank you again!
