We have included some items that cover why we charge an additional cost to all our cars so you have confidence to why it’s their and see the great value it offers.
Car source: Our cars are purchased privately and not from auction. This allows us to hand pick the cars we want before we commit to buying them and we get to speak with the owner and get an understanding of the car and how it’s been looked after. This is a huge bonus because most dealers buy from auctions and they have no idea where the car has come from or what type of ownership it’s had, they cannot test drive it beforehand or reject the car if it’s not suitable, whereas WE CAN!!
Administration: We take care of everything when you purchase a car from us.
• We will settle your vehicle finance
• Inform the DVLA you no longer own your part exchange so you can get any road tax refunded
• Take care of all relevant paperwork and deal with all the finance paperwork
• Liaise with the finance company to have everything in place for handover
• Inform the DVLA you’re the new owner of your new car so you can receive the V5.
Warranty with QBE Automotion (Ford UK): Our warranty is far superior than others as we use the same warranty company as Ford Main Dealerships. This gives you peace of mind that the warranty company will not suddenly disappear and leave you stranded.
HPI Check: We do a huge in-depth dive into each cars history to make sure that there is no nasty surprises. We check for, mileage fraud, previous accidents and unexplained finance with the best provider in the game.
Weekly price check: We keep track of our pricing on a weekly basis to make sure that we are competitive in the market and that you’re getting a great deal.
MOT advisories: We make sure all of our cars leave us without any advisories that would appear on a MOT, even if the car has not been MOT’d by our 3rd party garage. Advisories aren’t a serious issue and there is no legal obligation to action these however, we believe that the car should be tip top when it leaves us for its new home which is why we sort it all.
Manufacturer Recalls: From time to time, manufacturers action recalls on their models when they identify a safety risk. We check all cars for any outstanding recalls and if there is any, we contact the Main Dealership for that manufacturer and have them sort it before handing the car over.
Warranty Claims: Unlike most other dealerships, we deal with each warranty claim ourselves which speeds up the process incredibly. There is no independent assessor involved and reports to have studied and verified by the warranty company, drawing out a process that should be quick and hassle free. This is why we excel because it is all done in house and we have claims approved within 1 hour. We also pay the garage direct as most garages do not like working with 3rd party warranty companies because they take 14 days to pay out. NOT US, we can pay them as soon as the job is completed.
